Make sure that your finger print is stored in the biometric machine before registering your attendance. Contact UNIC department if finger print is not collected. |

Clear finger will register your attendance properly. Chalk or dust or wet finger will produce unpredicted results |
|
Place your finger straight on the sensor without any angle deviation |
|
If the machine says “Welcomes” you, it means that you are entering (ie) your IN time.
If it says “Good bye” to you then, it means that you are leaving (ie) your OUT time. To override the option, use “IN” and “OUT’ buttons in the machine and register your attendance |
|
Presence without IN time or OUT time or both will not be considered for Attendance |
